Why does the 12mm x 100mm tube contains 8mL while the 13mm x 100mm tube only contains 7.2mL?

This is because the stripping angle needed for unmolding the tube 13mm x 100mm is steeper. Hence the base of the tube is smaller, thus reducing volume capacity.
